Holly Yee Mejia is a seasoned Human Resources Manager at TechnologyAdvice since August 2016, overseeing global HR and Learning & Development teams while ensuring compliance with federal and state laws. Holly plays a pivotal role in managing the employee lifecycle, onboarding processes, and developing continuous learning initiatives. As a founding member and current DE&I Leader of the company's diversity, equity, and inclusion committee, Holly advocates for inclusivity across the organization. Past experience includes management roles in telemarketing and operations across multiple regions, as well as a strong educational background in Human Resources Management and Chinese language studies from Grand Valley State University and National Taiwan Normal University.
