Kent Gladish has over 40 years of work experience in marketing and sales roles in various companies. Kent started their career at Videojet in 1984 and worked there until 2001. Kent then joined Marconi Data Systems GEC in 1999 as a Marketing Manager, where they managed a team and had P&L responsibility. In 2000, Kent moved to Videojet Technologies, Inc., where they identified and developed new opportunities in vertical market segments. Kent also successfully sold products to Pepsi and Coca-Cola suppliers. In 2002, Kent joined Haumiller Engineering as a Marketing professional before moving to the Technology & Manufacturing Association in 2004. At the association, they held various positions including Vice President, Vice President of Membership Development, and Senior Marketing & Sales Director. Throughout their career, Kent has demonstrated their skills in marketing, sales, team management, and business development.

Kent Gladish received their High School Diploma in Mathematics from Glenbrook South in 1980. Kent then pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Physics from Augustana College, completing it in 1984. Later, from 1989 to 1991, they attended Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, where they obtained an MBA with a specialization in Marketing.
