Mette Beck-Nielsen is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Adm. direktør at Digital Dogme since April 2022, Mette is spearheading initiatives to enhance digitalization and digital competencies by uniting C25 companies and universities. As Bestyrelsesformand and Adm. direktør at Technology Denmark since September 2015, Mette focuses on attracting and retaining talent in IT and software development through strong partnerships between businesses, municipalities, and educational institutions. Previous roles include Direktør & stifter at Public Business Aps and several leadership positions within Odense Kommune, including Erhvervskontaktchef. Mette also has experience as HR- og Kommunikationschef at Tektrol Mineralolier A/S and as an Analytiker at New Insight A/S. Mette holds an Executive Board Programme degree from Scandinavian Executive Institute, an Executive Management Program degree from INSEAD, and a cand. scient. soc in Sociology from the University of Copenhagen, and is currently furthering education at the University of Southern Denmark.
