Verena Kuhn serves as the Head of Legal at Technofounders since August 2021, bringing extensive legal expertise from previous roles including Legal Counsel at Demeter and Corporate and Private Equity Lawyer at Jeausserand Audouard. Earlier experience includes positions as a Private Equity Intern at Ashurst, Legal M&A Intern at BNP Paribas Corporate and Institutional Banking, and Transaction Services Intern at KPMG. Verena's legal career began with internships at JONES DAY® in Banking and Finance and Gide Loyrette Nouel in M&A. Verena holds an Advanced Master’s Degree in Business Law from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University and a "Grande Ecole" - MSc in Management from ESSEC Business School, complemented by a Bar Exam and School degree from EFB.
