Carmen Guguta is an experienced professional in business development and project management, currently serving as the Global Head of Business Development and Marketing at Technobis Crystallization Systems since April 2015. Previously, Carmen held positions including Business Development Manager and Product Manager at Technobis. Prior roles include Project Leader at Crystallics, where Carmen excelled in managing projects for external customers and fostering client relationships, and Project Leader at Avantium Pharma BV, focusing on project execution and team coordination. Carmen holds a PhD in Pharmaceutical Solid State Chemistry from Radboud University, a Master's in Physical Chemistry from Delft University of Technology, and a Bachelor's in Chemistry from Ovidius University Constanta.
