Salman Qaisrani is an experienced Chief Operating Officer at Techno Engineering Services (Pvt) Ltd, an established brand in Oil Infrastructure Development. With a strong background in engineering and management, Salman has held significant roles, including Business Consultant for IIW-Industrial Engineers and Contractors, where Pakistan’s first Ethanol Storage Terminal was launched. As a Master Trainer and Oil & Gas Expert, Salman has conducted workshops for prominent organizations in Pakistan. Previous positions include Deputy Director General at Frontier Works Organization, where major infrastructure projects were successfully managed, and a Project Management Consultant for Bahria Town Electric Supply Company.
