Brandon Dalton is an experienced Plant Manager currently at Techniplas since November 2021. Prior to this role, Brandon held various management positions at Lyle Industries Inc, including Plant Manager, Operations Manager, and Launch Manager/IE from April 2020 to November 2021. Brandon also served as Launch Manager and Manufacturing Engineer at Grupo Antolin from August 2015 to April 2020, where responsibilities included troubleshooting, coordinating engineering changes, and managing continuous improvement projects for several automotive molding programs. Prior to this, Brandon was a Manufacturing Engineer at Magna Exteriors and Magna Interiors and held positions as Production Coordinator and Process Engineer at General Cable. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Industrial Technology from Southern Illinois University and an Associate of Science in Manufacturing Engineering Technology from John A. Logan College.
