Stephen Lancaster has extensive experience in maintenance management, currently serving as the Maintenance Manager at Technipaq Inc. since January 2008. In this role, Stephen Lancaster oversees all daily building and Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) functions, which includes the purchasing of parts and operating supplies. Prior to this position, Stephen Lancaster worked at Printpak Inc. from January 1980 to August 2002 as a Maintenance Technician and Plant Buyer, gaining valuable skills in both maintenance and procurement.
