Prior experience includes pivotal roles at PTW from September 2015 to March 2022, where responsibilities ranged from Chief Operating Officer, overseeing global service delivery across multiple countries, to President of Europe, focusing on strategy and service quality. Andy also held positions such as Vice President of Strategy & Innovation, driving strategic initiatives, and Senior Director of Global Audio, leading growth initiatives post-acquisition. As a co-founder of SIDE Global, Andy played a crucial role in establishing the company as a prominent audio service provider before its sale to Pole To Win Holdings Inc in August 2015.
