Mark Jones has extensive experience in IT management and technical support, currently serving as North American Support Manager at Statseeker since March 2016, following a role as Technical Support Engineer. Prior to this, Mark worked as an IS Network Services Specialist for the Wisconsin Department of Administration/Division of Enterprise Technology from January 2013 to February 2016, focusing on network configuration and monitoring. Mark's earlier positions include Network Administrator at Red Fusion Studios, where responsibilities involved maintaining a Windows network and configuring VPNs, and IT Manager at MSA Professional Services, where oversight included transitioning to virtualized server environments. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology/Earth Science from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
