Nikolay Chalakov serves as a part-time lecturer in the Department of Industrial Management at the Technical University of Sofia, Plovdiv Branch since February 2023. In addition, Nikolay is the owner of Dobroletie Ltd., a care center dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for the elderly and disabled, a position held since March 2021. As a member of the board at STOOS Network Bulgaria since November 2016 and chairman of Junior Achievement Bulgaria since December 2014, Nikolay plays a significant role in promoting education and entrepreneurial skills. Furthermore, Nikolay has acted as CEO of INCH-FRIGO Ltd. since February 2009, overseeing the installation of industrial refrigeration systems, and has been the chief executive officer at Bodystorer Ltd., a family-owned refrigeration system manufacturer, since May 2008. Nikolay is also actively involved with the EU-Japan Centre for Industrial Cooperation since 2011, focusing on World Class Manufacturing initiatives. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Industrial Management from the University of Food Technologies and various master's degrees in refrigeration maintenance technologies.
