Terry Wilson has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Starting in 1970, they served as Chief Gunners Mate in the US Navy until 1993. Following their military service, they joined CEPA Company as a Field Service Technician, contributing to the company's operations from October 1993 to January 2000. In 2000, Terry transitioned to Technical Safety Services, taking on the role of Operations Manager. Through their various roles, Terry has gained valuable experience in management and technical roles.

Terry Wilson obtained an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Management, from Chaffey College. This educational pursuit took place from 2011 to 2014.
