Carrie Hughes is an experienced Regional Business Leader at Technical Safety BC since April 2015, where leadership is provided to a team of 30 technical employees focused on assessment, audit, and program development, accompanied by coaching and mentoring initiatives. Prior experience includes roles at BC Hydro from December 2008 to 2015, serving as Distribution Field Manager and Manager of Operations and Maintenance. Educational achievements consist of a Master's degree in Leadership from Royal Roads University (2016-2018), a program at Simon Fraser University (2015-2016), and a degree in Business, specializing in Urban Land Economics from The University of British Columbia (1993-1997). Additionally, education was pursued at the University of Waterloo.
