Shaun Goldstein has been working in the recruitment and management fields since 2012. Shaun began their career as a Technical Recruiter for Randstad in 2012. In 2013, they moved to Adecco as a Senior Recruiter. In 2016, they joined PRO Unlimited as an Account Manager. Most recently, they have been a Program Manager at Technical Paradigm since 2018.

Shaun Goldstein attended Indiana University Bloomington, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Prior to that, they attended Indianapolis public schools for their high school education.
