Samer Barakat is a skilled professional in the field of project management and engineering, currently serving as Services Manager and Head of Customer Service at Technica International since February 2022. Prior experience includes the role of Projects Director at ITEC Qatar, where Samer effectively led a team of 25 staff in the delivery of projects while ensuring client satisfaction for 70 clients. Prior to that, as Project Manager at AUTOMATE, Samer contributed to a 20% growth in the company's network through strategic partnerships and contract negotiations.
