Mariusz Gil has over two decades of work experience in various leadership positions. Mariusz began their career in 1997 at Henkel, where they served as a Sales Engineer, Account Manager, and later as a Sales Manager. In 2003, they joined Semmelrock Stein + Design as the Sales & Marketing Director, responsible for establishing a strong market position and implementing innovative business strategies. In 2007, they became the Managing Director of Bud-Mat Roofs & Facades, focusing on sales and marketing activities, business development, and increasing profitability. From 2008 to 2016, Mariusz held the position of Managing Director/CEO at quick-mix Gruppe GmbH & Co. KG, where they managed all aspects of the company's operations and successfully led strategic changes, new investments, and revenue growth. Currently, they hold the position of President at TECHMATIK S.A., where they are responsible for the organizational and business development in both local and international markets, with full P&L responsibility.

Mariusz Gil completed an Advanced Executive Programme - Strategic Leadership Academy at ICAN Institute (Harvard Business Review Polska) in 2011-2012. In 2003-2005, they pursued an Executive MBA Programme at Oxford Brooks University & POU, and also studied Management & Marketing at The Polish Open University in Warsaw during the same period. From 1994 to 1998, they attended Wyższa Szkoła Handlu i Prawa w Warszawie, majoring in Economics - Banking. Prior to that, they attended the First Business College in Warsaw from 1992 to 1994, focusing on Foreign Trade.
