Varun Reddy Billa is a seasoned professional with a strong background in leadership and management. As the Founder and CEO of Techmatic Systems India Pvt Ltd since May 2015, Varun has demonstrated expertise in strategic leadership, operational management, talent management, and public relations. Prior to this role, Varun co-founded Aptiv Consulting Pvt Ltd in November 2010, where the focus was on recruitment solutions, training and certifications, and outsourcing and consulting services. Varun began their career at GE as a Recruitment Operations Analyst from May 2008 to October 2010, honing skills in staffing. Varun holds an MBA in Human Resources Management and Services from Osmania University, completed in 2008, and a bachelor's degree obtained between 2003 and 2005.
