Dylan Richts is a highly experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Community at Techleapnl since August 2023 and as a Social Impact Consultant at Dylan Richts Consulting since July 2022. Previously, Dylan held roles including Project Manager for Salesforce at the School of Applied Technology and Philanthropy EMEA Research at Salesforce, where a significant research project focused on underserved and refugee youth was spearheaded. Dylan's earlier experience includes being the Head of Partnerships at WeThinkCode, contributing to a notable increase in student enrollment, and co-leading Tech London Advocates Africa, aimed at strengthening connections between London and African tech ecosystems. Additional roles encompassed positions with MEST Africa and London & Partners, complemented by a strong academic background in International Relations from the London School of Economics and the University of Pretoria.
