Zoran Ratic currently serves as the Head of Co-Dev at Techland since September 2024. Previously, Zoran held various senior roles at Crytek from October 2020 to August 2024, including Lead Producer and Outsourcing Manager, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing external development operations and fostering successful collaborations with partners. From April 2017 to October 2020, Zoran was the Managing Director at Siege Entertainment, focusing on company operations and strategic growth. Zoran also has a robust background in 3D art, having worked as a 3D Artist for Art Bully Productions LLC and Nordeus, in addition to freelance roles. Zoran's early career included mentorship in 3D Game Art, with foundational education as a Computer Technician from Electrotechnical school 'Nikola Tesla' Pančevo.
