Ralph Fritts has been working in the IT field since 2005. Ralph began their career at General Dynamics AIS as a Security Analyst. Ralph then moved on to GO2IT as an IT Technician. Following this, they were a DSS 1.5 Service Desk at both Dean Foods and Randstad Technologies US. After this, they were an IBM Deskside Support Technician at WhiteWave Foods. Ralph then moved on to CenturyLink as a Senior Desktop Support Technician. After this, they were an IT Security Analyst at both Amyx, Inc. and Earth Resources Technology, Inc. (ERT, Inc.). Most recently, they have been an Information Technology Security Specialist at TechGlobal, Inc. since 2020.

Ralph Fritts earned a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from Shepherd University between 1998 and 2003. Ralph also attended Laurel Ridge Community College between 2000 and 2001, studying Computer Science. In March 2017, they obtained the Certified Ethical Hacker certification from the EC-Council.
