Annie Frye is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and crisis management. Currently a Founding Member of TechGC since March 2017, Annie engages in an independent peer community for General Counsels to exchange knowledge and support one another. Prior to this role, Annie served as General Counsel at Strava from June 2014 to January 2023, holding various positions including Corporate Counsel and Consultant. Additional consulting roles at Pronoun and HiFi Digital, alongside a leadership position as VP of Operations & Corporate Counsel at Byliner, further exemplify Annie's expertise. Academic credentials include a JD from Boston University School of Law and a B.A. in Political Science and International Relations from UMass Boston.
