Ganesh R. is the founder of TechDogs, a position they have held since November 2019. Ganesh is also the founder of Artheon Consulting since September 2019. Prior to their entrepreneurship ventures, Ganesh worked as a co-founder of Flexisales Inc. since November 2010. Before that, they served as a business development consultant at Tridiagonal Solutions from July to November 2010. Ganesh started their career as a mechanical engineer at UANRIL-GVR (JV) from June 2008 to June 2009.

Ganesh R. completed their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University in the period of 2004-2008. Prior to that, they attended Hutching High School from 2000-2002.
