Jenni Mentilä is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer relations, partnerships, and career coaching. Currently serving as Partnership Coordinator and previously as Customer Relationship Specialist at TechClass since January 2022, Jenni has demonstrated strong skills in building and managing partnerships. Prior roles include Employment Specialist at the City of Helsinki and Career Coach at the City of Vantaa. Jenni also has extensive experience in the aviation industry as Cabin Crew for Qatar Airways and TUI from 2011 to 2020. Jenni holds a Degree in Hospitality Management with a focus on Sales and Marketing from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences, completed in 2020, and has also attended McHenry County College.
