Shea Osborne has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles.

Shea started their career at Phydata, LLC in 2014 as a Muti-Specialty Accounts Representative/Accounts Payable Specialist and held this position until 2015.

In 2015, Shea joined HealthStream as a Billing Coordinator and later transitioned to the role of Implementation Specialist from 2016 to 2017.

After that, Shea worked at Change Healthcare as a Project Coordinator from April 2017 to October 2017, and then moved to Aegis Sciences Corporation where they held the same role from October 2017 to March 2018.

Shea then joined Deloitte as a Project Management Consultant from March 2018 to October 2018.

From 2018 to 2022, Shea worked at Asurion, starting as an IT Project Manager 1 from October 2018 to March 2020, then transitioning to IT Project Manager II from March 2020 to July 2021. Finally, they served as Manager, Strategic Initiatives from July 2021 to April 2022.

Currently, Shea is employed at Tech9 as a Project Manager/Scrum Master since April 2022, and is now working as a Senior Project Manager from May 2023 onwards.

Shea Osborne, CSM, CSPO, holds a Bachelor's Degree in English and Public Relations from Austin Peay State University, which was obtained between 2010 and 2015. In addition to their formal education, Shea has obtained several certifications. They were certified as a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) by Scrum Alliance in February 2021 and as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) by Scrum Alliance in May 2022. Shea also holds a certification in Agile Foundations from LinkedIn, acquired in January 2021. Recently, in February 2023, Shea obtained the ClickUp Novice Certificate from ClickUp.
