Patricia Pereira serves as the Senior Director, Global People & DEI Lead at Kobalt Music since July 2018, where the primary focus is on developing and executing the company's People strategy across multiple regions, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Patricia's experience includes leading organizational health initiatives in the UK, Europe, and APAC, establishing strategic partnerships with C-Suite leadership, and implementing diversity, equity, and inclusion programs. Additional roles include HR business partnering in technology sectors and HR management positions at notable organizations such as Worldpay and Phone-paid Services Authority. Patricia holds a PostGraduate degree in HRM from London South Bank University and a BSc in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
