Randy Simpson CPP®, PSP®, CML has diverse work experience in the security and locksmith industry. Randy Simpson started their career as an Owner/Operator of BAKERS SAFE AND LOCK from 1992 to 2002. Simpson then served as the President of Associated Locksmiths of America, leading an organization of 10,000 members and spearheading licensing efforts and educational programs.

In 2002, Simpson joined Tech Systems as an Enterprise Account Manager, where they successfully opened and grew the Houston branch, developing all business and sales plans. After six years, they moved on to MCS Fire & Security, serving as the Director of Integrated Services. In this role, Simpson specialized in sales and consultancy for system design and integration of security platforms for Petro Chemical and Oil and Gas companies. Randy Simpson was also a specialist in Department of Homeland Security (DHS) compliance.

Simpson then transitioned to Mango + MATE Intelligent Video Ltd as the Director of Sales, focusing on the integration of Intelligent Video Content Analysis into Video Management Systems.
