Alysha M. Campbell has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various industries and roles. Alysha started their career as a Junior Analyst Intern at Royal Bank of Canada in 2010, where they reconciled employee data. Alysha then worked as a Marketing Analyst at Rogers Communications in 2011 before joining Quantum Management Services Ltd. as a Recruiter from 2011 to 2013.

In 2013, Alysha became a Recruiting Manager for Permanent Placements at Robert Half, managing client accounts in various fields. Alysha then joined Great Big Events in 2014 as the Manager of HR Operations for the Toronto 2015 Pan Am & Parapan Am Games, where they implemented a successful recruiting and onboarding strategy.

From 2015 to 2016, Alysha worked as an Employee Experience Manager (HR Manager) at SGS & Co, overseeing HR functions and employee relations. Alysha also served as an Advisor for Global Recruitment Programs and an HR Advisor for the Canadian Production Division. In 2018, they became an HR Business Partner for North America at SGS & Co, managing HR operations and supporting 700 employees.

In the same year, Alysha also took on multiple roles at CultureShift HR, including Chief Executive Officer, Principal Consultant, and Keynote Speaker. Alysha provided personalized HR solutions, strategies, and consulting services focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion.

In 2019, Alysha joined Index Exchange as a Human Resources Business Partner, responsible for delivering core People Ops services and partnering with managers to optimize team engagement and productivity.

Most recently, in 2021, Alysha became the Global Senior Human Resources Business Partner at The Economist, where they support the HR function and advocates for economic and political freedom.

Throughout their career, Alysha has demonstrated expertise in HR strategy, talent management, recruitment, employee relations, and creating inclusive workplace cultures.

Alysha M. Campbell attended Ontario Tech University from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree with a specialization in Accounting.
