Marius Lumpan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruitment, education, and technology. Currently serving as President of ARTESA - Asocia?ia de Robotic?, Tehnologii Educa?ionale ?i ?tiin?e Aplicate since May 2023, Marius focuses on promoting STEAM education and facilitating alternative learning opportunities. As a Co-Founder and Trainer at Inventika Place since June 2017, Marius has contributed to robotics and programming education for both children and adults. Marius also holds the position of Managing Partner at Tech Recruitment, an engineering and technical recruitment agency established in 2009, which specializes in matching candidates with roles across various technical sectors. Previously, Marius held managerial roles, including Country Manager at D&R Consulting Ltd and Business Unit Manager at Barnett McCall Tech, where Marius was instrumental in establishing the technical recruitment sector in Romania. Marius's educational background includes a degree in Psychotherapy and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology.
