Iulian Dima is an experienced professional with a diverse background in recruitment, education, and project management. As the Founder and Trainer at Inventika Place since June 2017, Iulian offers alternative educational workshops focused on programming and robotics for children aged 6 to 14. Iulian has held senior roles at Tech Recruitment since April 2009, specializing in IT&C and Engineering & Construction recruitment, and has collaborated with international partners to connect Romanian candidates with global opportunities. Previous experience includes roles as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at GoPro, Programme Manager at the Center for Applied Education, and IT&C Senior Recruitment Consultant at Barnett McCall Recruitment. Iulian began a career in media analysis and public relations, starting as a Media Analyst at Mediafax and serving as a PR officer at ONE Communication. Iulian holds a BSc in Educational Sciences from the University of Bucharest.
