Rasendra Adhvaryu has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Rasendra currently holds the position of Vice President of Operations at Tech Observer, where they have been employed since 2021. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Operations at the same company.

Before joining Tech Observer, Rasendra worked at AmAAn Operations Consulting as the Principal and Business Operations Consultant for an impressive duration from 2014 to 2021. During their time there, they played a crucial role in guiding organizations through transformative projects.

Rasendra also has experience in the technology industry, having served as the CFO and VP of Operations at both AetherPal Inc. and w2bi, Inc. In these roles, they oversaw various aspects of operations, including budgeting, finance, accounting, HR, and policy formulation.

Their earlier career includes a position at Verizon as a Senior Staff Consultant, specializing in finance and compliance. Prior to that, they worked at The Bank of New York, where they held various positions such as Trust Operations Manager, Lock Box Department Manager, and Payroll Manager.

Throughout their career, Rasendra has demonstrated expertise in operations, finance, compliance, and consulting, making him a valuable asset to any organization.

Rasendra Adhvaryu began their education journey in 1970 at Gujarat University, where they earned a BA degree in Advanced Accounting & Auditing in 1974. Following this, from 1974 to 1976, they pursued further studies at Gujarat University and obtained another BA degree, this time in Law. In 1990, Rasendra attended Fairleigh Dickinson University for two years, earning a degree in Business Law and Business Finance. In 1996, they briefly attended Columbia University, specializing in Project Management and earning a Master of Information Science (MIS) degree. Lastly, in 2018, they received a certificate in Security Operations from the Department of Homeland Security.
