Pankaj Kulkarni serves as the Head of BFSI EMEA and Global Head of Strategic Initiatives at Tech Mahindra since September 2023, contributing to executive leadership and strategic oversight of acquisitions. Previously, Pankaj held the position of EVP & Global Business Unit Head for Insurance and Global Head for BFSI Solutions at HCL Technologies from February 2021 to August 2023, focusing on global growth and solutions in the insurance sector. Prior roles include Global Head of Sales for Insurance at DXC Technology, Global Head of Insurance and Country Head at Infosys UK, and strategic consultant at McKinsey & Company. An early career at Citi involved managing strategic programs, along with foundational experience at Asian Paints. Educational qualifications include an Executive Program in Global Leadership from Stanford University and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
