Mohan Shamsher possesses extensive experience in recruitment and talent acquisition across various companies and regions. Currently serving as the Head of Recruitment for APAC, China, and Japan at Tech Mahindra, Mohan has previously held significant roles such as Global Head of Recruiting at Wave 2 Technologies and Global Head of Talent Acquisition and Resourcing at CME. Other notable positions include Sr. Manager of Resourcing at ACS Systech Integrators and Manager of Human Resources at IGATE and Summit Information Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Mohan Shamsher earned a degree from Himachal Pradesh University between 1985 and 1989.
