Kash Soma is a seasoned professional in data delivery and management, currently serving as Customer Delivery Head at Tech Mahindra since June 2024. Prior to this role, Kash held several positions at Optus, including Director of Agile Data Delivery and Head of Data Platform Management, where contributions involved modernizing data platforms and driving data-driven insights across the organization. Experience also includes a brief tenure as Strategy Consultant at Globe Group, focusing on the evaluation and improvement of the EDO operating model. Kash's extensive career at Optus included various roles culminating in transformative leadership within analytics and DevOps, achieving notable enhancements in delivery speed and team engagement. Kash holds a degree in Computer Science from Western Sydney University.
