Ateet Dhawan currently serves as the Senior Vice President & Head of Americas for the Semicon and Hitech Vertical at Tech Mahindra, a position held since March 2009, alongside the role of Chief Transformation Officer. Responsibilities include driving holistic transformations across various functions and defining strategic initiatives to enhance agility through digital technology. Previously, as the Global Head of Growth & Transformation, Ateet led efforts to accelerate sales and realign business priorities. Additionally, as Senior Vice President & Business Head for India BPS, oversight of a $100M+ portfolio was achieved, implementing innovative technologies that resulted in significant cost savings and improved market response times. Earlier experience includes positions at Wipro Consulting and Spice Telecom. Academic credentials feature a certification from Harvard Business School and an MBA in International from the University of East London.
