Praveen Reddy Kunta has an extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Praveen Reddy is currently employed as a Human Resources Director at Tech Fabric since August 2022. Prior to that, they held the same position at Incture from July 2021 to August 2022.

Before that, Praveen worked at DXC Technology as a Human Resources Business Partner from April 2017 to July 2021. Praveen Reddy also worked for Hewlett Packard Enterprise, starting as a Learning Development Manager from January 2005 to November 2011, where they were responsible for the learning and development initiatives for HP Infrastructure Technology Operations in India and APJ regions. Later, they transitioned to the role of Human Resources Business Partner from December 2011 to March 2017.

Praveen's early career involved working as a Technical/Business Consultant at NIIT Limited in the EMEA region from January 1999 to January 2005. In this role, they collaborated with senior leadership to establish NIIT Education centers overseas and provided training to technical, marketing, and administrative staff for the successful management of the business.

Praveen Reddy Kunta began their education at St. Francis De Sales Boys High School from 1984 to 1989, where they did not pursue a specific degree or field of study. Praveen Reddy then attended Osmania University from 1992 to 1994 and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics, Mathematics, and Science. Praveen continued their education at the National Institute of Information Technology and completed a Diploma in Information and System Management. From 2003 to 2004, they enrolled at Karnataka State Open University and obtained a Master of Science in Information Technology. Finally, in 2010 to 2011, Praveen attended XLRI Jamshedpur and completed a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management and Services.
