Ronan Leboudec

Ronan Leboudec has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Ronan started their career as a Trainee at DGA - Direction générale de l'armement, where they worked on software development projects. Ronan then joined Sonata Software as a Trainee and focused on market analysis for European market assessment.

In 2002, Ronan worked as a Trainee at BNP Paribas, where they were involved in software development for an application that gathered information from various warrants exchange markets.

Ronan then joined sanofi-aventis as a Graduant, where they conducted process analysis and automation and contributed to software development projects for cell culture management and order placement.

From 2003 to 2010, Ronan worked at Tecan SCC, initially as a Software Project Manager and later as an IT Freelancer. As a Project Manager, they led the development of various products for the Biopharma and Clinical Diagnostics markets and managed a team of 5 to 20 people. As an IT Freelancer, they performed software development, requirements gathering, and provided software training.

At Tecan, Ronan held multiple positions starting as the Head of Key Accounts Software Development, where they managed partnering business branch Key Accounts research and development software projects. Ronan then became the General Project Leader, responsible for overseeing the development of blood-typing medical device software. Later, they served as the Head of Software Strategy and Development, leading software strategy and development efforts. Finally, they served as the Vice President of Software Strategy and Development before being promoted to their current role as the VP Platform R&D.

Throughout their career, Ronan has demonstrated strong leadership skills, project management expertise, and a passion for software development and innovation.

Ronan Leboudec obtained a Master's degree and a Diploma in Engineering in Information Technology (IT) from ESAIP, École Supérieure Angevine en Informatique et Productique, during the period 2000 to 2003.
