Onur Demir is an experienced support engineer currently employed at Tecala Group since April 2022. Prior to this role, Onur served as a technical support specialist at IT Next Generation from February 2020 to April 2022, demonstrating expertise in Windows operating systems, AzureAD and Active Directory management, and Office 365 administration. Onur's technical skills also encompass firewall management, backup solutions, and ticketing systems. Earlier experiences include an internship as a network engineer at TKH Security | Park Assist and a network engineer position at UHeM. Onur began a career in networking as an intern at Intertech Information Technology and Marketing Inc. Onur holds an education degree from Istanbul Technical University, completed in 2013.
