Trung Dang has an extensive work experience. In 2018, they joined TecAce Software Ltd. as Team Lead - Retail Experience Team, where they were responsible for leading the Android team to develop retail experience applications for Samsung mobile devices. Trung also worked as a Software Engineer, developing retail experience applications for multiple Samsung mobile devices. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as a Cashier at Safeway, providing world-class customer service and maintaining consistent customer satisfaction. From 2013 to 2016, they were an Academic Tutor at Collaborative Learning and Instruction Center - TriO Student Success Services and Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society President at South Seattle Community College. In 2013, they also worked as an Intern at Neighborhood House.

Trung Dang's education history includes completing a Bachelor's of Computer Science and Systems from the University of Washington Tacoma in 2016, an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Computer Science from South Seattle College in 2014, a High School Diploma from Chief Sealth International High School in 2013, ELL from Seattle World School in 2011 and 2012, and Chemistry from Ly Tu Trong Specialized High School in 2009 and 2011. In addition, they obtained the Information Security Assurance & Cyber Security Fundamentals certification from ISACA Mt. Rainer Chapter President in August 2016.
