Paula Kotchik is an experienced talent acquisition professional with over two decades in the field. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at TEC Equipment since October 2020, Paula previously held the role of Talent Acquisition Manager for North America at TTM Technologies from 2015 until October 2020. Earlier experience includes serving as Corporate Recruiter for North America at Viasystems from 2009 to 2015 and as Staffing Supervisor at Kelly Services from 2000 to 2009. Paula Kotchik earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from the University of Oregon.
