Brian Chapman has extensive experience in transportation and logistics, holding key positions in various companies since 2000. Currently, Brian serves as a Transportation Strategy Consultant at Grizzly Logistics LLC and as the Service Manager at TEC Equipment, where significant improvements have been made to a 23 bay repair facility. Previously, Brian was the Transportation Manager at Organically Grown Company, leading distribution network activities and enhancing efficiency through sustainable practices. Brian also has a strong entrepreneurial background as the Owner/Operating Manager of a successful 3PL and freight forwarding service that generated $1M in sales. Earlier roles include Director of Operations at CTS Tires and Operations Manager at Roadrunner Express, where Brian implemented innovative solutions to boost operational effectiveness.
