Michael Woo has extensive experience in customer success and academic affairs within the sports and athletics sector. Currently serving as Manager of Customer Success at Teamworks since May 2022, Michael has previously held roles including Senior Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Manager. Prior to this, Michael worked as Assistant Athletic Director at Long Island University and as Assistant Director of Academic and Membership Affairs at NCAA. Additional experience includes positions at Indiana University Bloomington, Georgia Institute of Technology, Florida Atlantic University, and the University of Washington, focusing on academic support services for student-athletes. Michael holds an M.B.A. in Sports and Athletics Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, both from Lynn University.
