Marshall Paxson is an experienced executive currently serving as COO at Teamworks Group since January 2020, where focus is placed on providing entrepreneurs with essential support and insights to navigate workforce and business challenges. Prior to this role, Marshall co-founded DocentHR and held various sales management positions at Adobe, where responsibilities included managing enterprise software sales. Additional experience includes ownership of Eco Pure LLC, which supplied purified water across Utah, and working as a Mortgage Loan Officer at First National Bank of Layton. Previous entrepreneurial efforts also involved co-owning Peak Solutions LLC and leading sales teams at Bulwark Pest Control. Marshall holds a BA in Political Science from George Wythe University.
