Jameson McDougal has a diverse work experience spanning from 2000 to present. Jameson started as a Supervisor/Intern/Flight Director at the Christa McAuliffe Space Education Center in 2000. From 2004 to 2006, they volunteered as a Representative for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. In 2007, they worked as an Audio Technician at KBYU. Jameson then became an HR Intern at El Paso in 2010. Jameson also worked as a Teaching/Research Assistant at Brigham Young University from 2008 to 2010. In 2010, they joined DecisionWise as a Project Manager and facilitated various surveys. In 2012, they became the Vice President at Right On Cue Services. Lastly, since 2011, they have been associated with Teamworks Group, initially serving as a Sales Associate and later assuming the role of Head of Human Resources.

Jameson McDougal has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Management. Jameson obtained this degree from Brigham Young University, Marriott School of Management, where they specialized in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources. Jameson attended this university from 2007 to 2010. In addition to their degree, Jameson has obtained several certifications in the field of Human Resources. In 2014, they earned the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from HRCI. Jameson also obtained the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in December 2015 and February 2016.
