Dietrich Hinesman has a range of work experience in the sports industry. Dietrich began their career as a Game-Day Operations Staff member for the Cleveland Guardians in 2016. In 2017, they worked as a Student Consultant for Navigate Research and then transitioned to an internship role in Hospitality and Events at Delaware North. Later in 2017, they joined TeamWork Online as an intern before progressing to roles of increasing responsibility, culminating in their current position as the Senior Director of Partnerships.

Dietrich Hinesman attended Ohio University from 2013 to 2017, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Sports Management with a focus on the field of study.
