Neva Kemer Madsen is a strategic professional with extensive experience in customer success and business development within the tech industry. Currently serving as the Strategic Partnerships Lead at Nordic Women in Tech Awards, Neva aims to celebrate and inspire female role models in technology. As the Head of Customer Success at Teamway, Neva contributes to the creation of meaningful products and services in a decentralized environment. Previous roles include Customer Success Manager at Onomondo, where Neva led business development efforts for IoT solutions, and positions in human resources and sales at several renowned companies. Neva holds a Master of Science in Organizational, Work and Personnel Psychology from the University of Groningen, alongside a Pre-Master and Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
