Ryan Underwood has extensive work experience in leadership development and coaching. Ryan currently works at GiANT Worldwide as a Senior Consultant & Master Coach, where they help individuals and organizations build high-performing cultures. Ryan has also held various roles at GiANT Worldwide, including Ambassador & GiANT Master Coach.

Prior to their current role, Ryan was the CEO and Chief Leadership Officer at TRI Leadership Resources, where they provided leadership training and services to nonprofit, government, youth, and corporate sectors.

Ryan has also held leadership positions at several organizations in the education sector, including Oregon CTE Student Leadership Foundation, SkillsUSA Oregon, Illuminate India, Oregon HOSA - Future Health Professionals, Oregon FCCLA, Oregon DECA - Emerging Leaders & Entrepreneurs, Nevada FCCLA, and Nevada HOSA - Future Health Professionals. In these roles, they served as a senior administrator, senior sales director, executive director, and senior director.

Ryan Underwood attended Southern Oregon University from 1991 to 1992, where they studied business without obtaining a degree. Ryan then went on to enroll in Pepperdine Graziadio Business School from 1993 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Management with a focus on Business Management and Marketing. In January 2019, Ryan obtained a certification as a GiANT Master Coach from GiANT Worldwide.
