Robert C. Johnson has a diverse work experience in various industries. Robert C. started their career at Sundance Digital in 1994 and eventually became the CEO, leading the company to become one of the top providers of automation software to television and cable broadcasters. In 2006, they joined Avid Technology as the VP of Enterprise Sales, responsible for managing relationships with large customers. In 2008, they founded TeamSupport LLC, a B2B customer support solution company, where they served as the CEO and Founder until 2020. During their time at TeamSupport, the company grew into a dominant player in the customer support technology marketplace. Robert C. also served on the board of directors for Blossom Street Ventures, a venture capital firm based in Dallas. Additionally, they were a Director at Gale Force Petroleum Corporation and a Partner/Co-Founder at Gaywood Oil & Gas/Colgate Oil & Gas.

Robert C. Johnson attended Colgate University from 1990 to 1994, where they pursued a double major in Computer Science and Psychology, earning a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree. Prior to attending university, Robert's educational background includes attending Greenhill School.
