Rebecca Weiser, M.P.S., is a seasoned professional in background screening and compliance, currently serving as a Senior Background Check Specialist at CoStar Group since July 2024. Prior to this, Rebecca held the position of Global Lead of Background Screening at BlackRock from March 2020 to February 2024, where responsibilities included leading a global operations team, managing screening policies, and acting as the global point of escalation for risk assessment decisions. Rebecca's previous experience includes roles as Compliance Manager at Verified First, Security Background Screening Program Manager at Boeing, and various positions in security and law enforcement. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Human Resources and Employment Relations from Penn State University, a Project Management Certificate from Bellevue College, and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Sociology from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
