Alyce Bofferding has extensive experience in customer success and support roles. Alyce started their career as a Sports Marketing Intern at New Balance, where they collaborated on market research and promotional campaigns. Alyce then worked as a Sales & Community Relations manager for the Colorado Springs Sky Sox, overseeing community events and managing marketing accounts. Alyce later joined Test Drive Inc. as a Customer Success & QA Specialist, where they trained customers and conducted quality assurance testing for a mobile app. Alyce then joined Skyward, a Verizon company, as a Senior Coordinator Customer Success, where they interacted with customers and supported retention efforts. Alyce was later promoted to Customer Success Manager, responsible for designing the customer journey and managing strategic accounts. Alyce eventually became the Director of Customer Success & Support at Skyward, leading the customer success and support teams. Most recently, Alyce worked as the Vice President of Skyward Customer Strategy at Verizon, focusing on customer strategy for Verizon Robotics. Currently, they serve as the Head of Customer Experience at Teamshares, a financial technology company.
Alyce Bofferding holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Sociology from the University of Oregon. In addition, they have obtained certifications in the CSM Coaching Program Level 1 from SuccessHACKER in 2018 and as a Part 107 Remote (Drone) Pilot from the Federal Aviation Administration in 2017.
