Ryan Jones is an experienced operations leader currently serving as Vice President of Operations at TEAM Schostak Family Restaurants since July 2021, overseeing various departments including operations, marketing, culinary, and training for the iconic Olga’s Kitchen brand. Prior to this role, Ryan held several positions at The Lyons Group from January 2006 to July 2021, ultimately serving as Vice President of Operations, where responsibilities included managing twenty-six venues across diverse concepts such as sports bars, fine dining, and live music lounges. Ryan's career also includes experience as a Director of Operations, General Manager at Bleacher Bar, Assistant General Manager at Sonsie, and Front of House Manager at Game On Fenway. Ryan holds a degree from Towson University.
